Network Powerline Adapters

Hi, Currently I have BT Broadband Extender 500 Flex Kit for BT TV since 2013 working fine no issues.

I’m now looking to add additional powerline adapters to extend my network within house.

Could you recommend which adapters would be suitable to give me both options Wifi / Ethernet connection as required to use with other devices and able work with existing network adapters.

Thanks, Al.

Re: Network Powerline Adapters

You can only ever connect one master adapter to the hub so you can only add additional slave devices which I don't believe are available separately, only as a kit.  In theory, these should be compatible but you would only use the 2 slaves not the master.

Re: Network Powerline Adapters

licquorice thanks for your quick response and noted accordingly.

Had a further look and came accross the BT mini connector add-on !!!

Would that be an option that could work with my existing powerline adapters?

Re: Network Powerline Adapters

According to http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/56601/~/can-i-add-a-bt-mini-hub-or-bt-mini-connector-... the answer is yes you can. However, the mini connector doesn't have wifi as far as I'm aware.
