Actually I do have the kit to do that, but capturing packets after they've passed through potentially buggy Smart Hub firewall is too late, want to see if they are entering from WAN side in first place.

 

We are going to have to fight to cancel our contract.

are you using windows 10 if you are there are known issues with outlook a google search may help you

Apart from trying another router, I cannot suggest anything else.

 

As for cancelling, I think you will find it very difficult.
