Suddenly over the past few weeks my Macbook Pro (2011) is not connecting to the BTHUB5. I enter the correct password but it will come up with it being wrong every time. Also it isn't showing the IP Address anywhere. I have tried taking it off the network in the system preferences but still not working. The wifi works on my Iphone 6 and ipad. Furthermore, my housemate isn't having any troubles either with his Windows laptop. My laptop can connect up to other wifi networks if I am out and about but not my home hub.
What OS are you running on your MB Pro? Are you using Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite? If so its been known to have a lot of wifi issues. I would make sure you have got all of the latest updates 10.10.4 finally fixes the issue. When I went to 10.10.2 for example I couldnt hold a wifi signal for more than 5 minutes without the MacBook dropping the connection.
