Just confused how everything does not seem to connect apart from my laptop which has no issues
Update on thid situation. Tested the number 27070 option 2 and no noise therefore I'm not sure it's a line fault.
Any other suggestions?
Sorry I should have made this clearer. The phone line works as normal. The Internet line still has problems

In this case, it may be better for you to call 0800 800 151 to have a fault raised on your account. We have a number of cases in our queue so it would be the middle of the week before we get looking at your case.
