No data connection to mini connectors

I am suddenly unable to get any data connection between my smart hub and any of my mini connectors. The connector shows up in the hub manager as a connected device .. just no data getting to it from the hub.

I've also tried some TP-link connectors that I had when I was with Sky .. they used to work with the hub .. but they too do not receive any data from the hub.

Other than this issue the hub seems to be working fine and gives a good connection to the internet.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Check that you are getting a connection from the Smarthub by disconnecting the master mini connector and connecting a wired device to that Ethernet port. 

If there is no connection try connecting to a different port on the Smarthub.

If that doesn't work try another Ethernet cable.

If that doesn't work you have a faulty Smarthub.
