No internet access - forwarding to bt wholesale service information

I have had no issues for a long time, but suddenly today I lost internet access and when attempting to access any web pages I'm automatically forwarded to the BTWholesale service information page.

I have restarted, factory reset my router and refreshed IP. It affects all devices connected to my router. I can log into my router and see it has an internet connection and my devices can connect to it, so I can only assume it is an issue with my bt service.

Fixed it now. My router had somehow forgotten my PPPoe username/password for bt. Thanks for the quick response though.
