Firstly....sorry if I'm posting this to the wrong section.
I setup my own password for signing into my HH5B(2 years ago) but for some reason it now keeps telling me I'm using the wrong password....I'm not.
Also software version/last update is now blank where as before it used to report this info.
BT Home Hub 5 (Type B) | Software version | Last updated [Unknown]
The HH5B is working fine just can't sign-in.
Dose anyone know how to get this working again?
