Still no contact from BT to say they have added my address to the system.

 

Surely if they invest millions of £££ to install FTTP to each apartment in the block, its to make life easier and not harder. 

 

They will be losing many customers to Virgin, whcih would be a shame.

 

BT really need to pull thier socks up and let customers sign up.

Called again today they could not give me a time frame

Checked some other forums and someone said they update once a month

Today is the third working day so I'll check again tomorrow

On to Virgin Media now.

try the FTTP sales number again and ask them to chase up Openreach for you

They said last week they are resubmitting a enquiry to OpenReach

but Still no response.

BT finallyy updated thier system to reflect all apartments in the block.

 

but unfortunatly for them i think everyone has already gone with virgin media.
