Opernreach fibre modem, can it support x2 HomeHubs?

Hi All

Situation

We have recently upgraded from copper ADSL to FTTP (Infinity 1), the fibre modem has x4 'PORT' of which PORT1 is currenty plugged into the HomeHub5.

Background

We often have friends and family staying over and are keen to stop our son and his friends using the internet all night, I accept that they will find the 'free' BT-Fon connection but assume this won't run as fast download speeds that might dissaude them from all using at once.  Anyway the old HomeHub3 has a power save feature not on the newer model and so I thought this may be any easy way for the kids to login to this router and we can set it to auto cut-off at say midnight without having to register each IP address with the new HomeHub5.

Question

Can the fibre modem support two routers, and if so, are there any settings that need changing on the second device in order not to have any conflicts or connection issues?

Many thanks, PaulT.

Why not just use the HH3 instead of the HH5 rather than as well as?
