No idea what board this comes under so forgive me if I’m in the wrong place. We ordered VIP in March and were going to have an engineer come and set it up as we have ‘HALO’. However, lockdown seemed imminent and we have my 95 year old mother living with us so we cancelled the engineer by phone and set it up ourselves. The problem is, the tracking is still showing that the engineer is coming on 17th March 2020 which is keeping the order open. It won’t let me ‘cancel’ it because it’s after the date. As the order is still open, it won’t let me make any changes or additions. Can anyone help please?
