Hi all,
Ordered & booked Broadband, back in end if May. I should have received a new Hub before the engineer (Booked AM 19/06/26) arrived.
But it would seem neither has turned up.
Could someone advise what to do next?
Already send and email to the person we purchased the service with, but so far no reply.

Are you even a BT customer, your post suggests probably not.
My mother is a BT customer & I ordered this on her behalf.
Then call the number I posted. Just seemed odd you had an email address, that isn't normal for BT.
