Have tried setting up my sentient security cameras since upgrading to Smart hub but they cannont connect.
I have turned off the firewall and set up port forwarding as it says but still nothing. Looking for ANY advise on this. Was fine before installing this new hub as the last one I had was fine.
I work away from home so need the ability to check on the property via my smart phone.

Had same problem with my Hub 6, but sorted it by manually entering the primary DNS from the hub into the NVR P2P set up.
(mine is not an annke but this worked)
I did not have to do that with previous routers so must be to do with the hub.
