For 8 days now I've had issues with ping spikes and packet loss, I'm using smart hub 2, but also tried a good tp link one I have. I can't play games online etc.
The issues dont change no matter what I change/try. I rang bt yesterday, they ran a quick test and blamed it on a rise in number of people using bt due to the current outbreak. All they did was change my wireless channels, and said my issue doesn't warrant a engineer.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues ? And is there anything I can do, as I'm paying £50 PM for an awful service. Thanks.
