Poor Full Fibre 100

Hello All..

Just upgraded from 64mpbs broadband using a Home Hub 5 to the Full Fibre 100 and im very confused and not impressed with the service. 

The router struggles to send signal more than 10 feet away and we dont get the same range and not only that the speed has gone from 50-64Mbps to 30-40 on every single device in the house.

This surely cant be normal? Considering asking to go back to my old service as only had a few days. 

am i missing something?

Hi @TheSmartAttack,

More than likely this is a wireless issue rather than a broadband connection issue but it would still be best to check your broadband speeds on a wired connection just to be sure.

If the speeds are good you could go about making some changes to your hub settings, switch Smart Set up off and change wireless channels to see if this helps.

Reset all as mentioned above. I have a new smart hub coming. Not convinced either the range is good. Need to be with 5 metres to get a full signal as it is. Smart setup is off and scanned and sent channels.
