Poor service

My internet is very tempermnetal, with speeds between 0.05mbps and 41mbps. i have had an engineer to look and he stated there was a fault with the line (noiseyline) i then had a second engineer stating the line was good. Both faults have now been closed. I have registered a complaint with BT but they have not responded. Where do i go from here?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your broadband connection. 

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we are putting vulnerable customers first. We have moved some of our offline advisers who would have normally picked complaints onto our call queue. This means it's taking us longer to pick up complaints raised via our Complaint Portal. 

If you do the Silent Line test by calling 17070 do you still hear noise on the line?

Can you post your hub stats?
