Re: Port forwarding.

Yeah I guess a traceroute isn't gonna help.

Am I still able to request a DLM reset or does that require a engineer?

Thinking maybe my connection is bad because of interleaving but still wouldn't explain the ports not opening 🤔

Re: Port forwarding.

This is another thing that happens occasionally.

Below I've posted 2 images with Upnp enabled but nothing else.

Playstation is 192.168.1.114

Galaxy S9 is 192.168.1.11

These are automatic ports forwarded by playstation or gamin developer.

You'll see that have opened 2 ports but to the wrong ip address. Top one even says 192.xxx.xxx.114 then shows 192.xxx.xxx.11 underneath.

Any advice on the above, surely something isn't right.

Re: Port forwarding.

As I said before, I don't recognise that app and I don't understand the format. The MyBT App I have looks nothing like that and I can't find anything that does

Try taking a screenshot using a browser instead

Re: Port forwarding.

@Anonymous

This is just using the browser on my phone on the smart hub interface.

I have got the MyBT app but your not able to change settings and stuff to your router through that.

Re: Port forwarding.

192.168.1.11 is outside of the DHCP range of the hub, have you given the galaxy a static address?

Re: Port forwarding.

Hi

Yes I gave it a static ip, would this effect the upnp giving it port forwards instead of the correct device 192.168.1.114?
