Ports not showing as open - Smart Hub 6

Have been trying to get my remote CCTV app to work (which was fine until I changed provider) but it will not connect. After running loads of tests it appears to be the ports.
I have all the rules in place on the hub but when I run a port test it is still showing them as being closed.
Do BT block these?
