I have been having an issue accessing www.worthii.co.uk since after Christmas last year.
I simply get the error message that the page took to long to respond.
I called BT and a new hub was sent but still experiencing the same issue.
If I restart the hub, I cam able to access the website for maybe 5 -10 minutes and then it stops working after that.
I have tried it on different computers and on different browsers and still get the same error message.
On my phone, i have the same error message if connecting to to the internet via WIFI but it works once i disconnect from WIFI and use my Mobile data.
I am really at a loss of what to do and wondering if anyone here has any ideas?
Have you turned off web protect in MYBT
I turned off Webprotect as you suggested but still no joy 😞
How can a website that were previously reachable with no issues suddenly stops being reachable?
