Problem connecting new mobile to wifi

Hi
I have just got a new Motorola moto e mobile phone.
When I connect it up to our hub it wants to download Bt broadband help and there doesn't seem to be any way to skip this.
It won't let me access any website and opening a new hoogle chrome browser page just results in the same bt page prompting me to go through the process of downloading bt broadband help.
I tried previously clicking on the 'continue' button, but this was a big mistake and I got into a worse mess.

Please help, I really don't understand why I can't skip this installation request.

Try turning Smart Setup off.
