Problem with obraining ip with my htc 10 and connecting via WiFi

Hi

On the begining I just would like to say that English isn't my first language.

My PROBLEM is:

I got HH6 recently changed for the new one.

Got few devices at home:

2 x PC with windows 10

1 x laptop with windows 8

2 x HTC 10 android smartphone

1 x iphone 7

chromecast

I can connect pc laptop and iphone but not HTC10 - both of them 😞

I though it's a problem with HH6 so as I had some issues to connect PC and lapop so I asked BT to replaced.

First day after replacement was fine but next one became like before. No internet on HTC 10

I can still connect to WiFi on my other devices but HTC 10.

Tried many thing and nothing.

When I'm trying to connect to WiFi HTC 10 cannot obtaind ip for some reason. Same situation on both devices.

Any ideas?

Have you tried going into your phone's wifi settings and entering them yourself. Choose an IP address that is different to the ones given to your other devices (192.168.1.??)

Re: Problem with obraining ip with my htc 10 and connecting via WiFi

Enter 192.168.1.254 into the browser of your laptop or tablet and you should get your BT hub 6 management page:

Click on on devices and you should see a list of all the devices which have connected to your hub 6 and the IP address for each device.
