Problems with SMart Home Hub 6

I was persuaded to register for Smart Hub 6 promising faster speeds and receievd the order quickly. That was the last quick thing about it. After three days of registering and re-registering phones, tablets and computers for up to an hour each night, I have decided to reconnect the Homoe Hub 5 so that I can access this forum. Have I got a duff Smart Hub or is itn rubbish?

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to turn off Smart Setup on the hub and split the wireless bands.  Seemingly some devices don't like the two bands having the same SSID.

Have a look here on the off chance you're not sure.

Ah, not that then.  Sadly some Smart Hubs are performing a little less than optimally.  Perhaps you can get it replaced.
