I'm at a loss on this one then. If everything else is working fine, it's not a hub issue and the PS4 works fine with a Smart Hub 2 because we have one that works with no issues. The only other possibility is that there's an issue with the network card in your PS4 or the settings. Try deleting all network settings and trying from scratch.
