BT Broadband Help not Launching

Hello

I cannot get rid of the darn  BT Broadband Help pop up.

Every webpage I go to has this come up and I am forever trying to get to the page I want.

I cannot find it in the control panel.

How can I get rid of it?  I cannot ignore it anymore.

Try turning Smart Setup off.

Hi @LAP004  did you try the suggestion from @Keith_Beddoe  and if so has this resolved it for you?
