Was this customer on fttp or copper line?

If fttp did he have digital voice?

I want to move to a different router but have fttp and Dv. 

Where do you find the settings 1st used I know you say hub but what part?

I have moved your post to start your own thread as it is not really relevant to the thread you posted on.

To use Digital Voice you have to use the BT smart hub connected directly to the ONT.

If you wish to use a third party router you will need to create a second sub- network.
