Hope against hope someone can help. I've had BT infinity for almost a year now and have had an intractable problem with erratic wifi connectivity. Every time I call the helpdesk they run the same diagnostics and tell me there's no problem with my line or homehub. I've installed a mini hotspot which seems to be operational but hasn't helped. I've tried locking to individual channels and disabling the synchronisation between the 2 wireless frequencies to no avail. Just now I've noticed that most of my wireless devices show as ethernet connections in the "devices" page of "home network" in the advanced settings on the hub manager. Does this matter, why does it happen and how can I fix it?
