I have exactly the same problem with my Home Hub 3. After a factory reset it works for a while, and then the problem starts again.
The help line told us that we were connecting "too many" devices, and tried to sell us a new contract with and improved router. I'm unconvinced.
Does anyone know if this happens with products other than BT's?
I'm having the same problem, especially when returning home. A factory reset fixes it for a day or less.
The help line told me that I was trying to connect "too many" devices, and suggested a new model on a new 18-month contract. I'm completely unconvinced by their solution.
Does anyone know: Does this affect devices other than those from BT?
Unless you are connecting in excess of 250 wireless devices and using them all at the same time the Customer Service rep is talking rubbish.
It may be that your HH3 is starting to fail.
