I have had BT infinity now for 1 1/2 years, it worked brilliantly for the first year. After renewing my contract, it kept cutting off, three-four even five times a day. For up to 45 minutes at a time. Many phone calls and three engineers later it seems to be stating on (at least when I'm using it). But now, as the people before me have said' it has took to cutting off my wireless devices. I have a total of 9 devices, 3 hard wired, and six wireless. ( 3 phones, 2 Nexus 7's and a net book. According to the help line, any more than 3 wireless devices can affect the connection status. According to bt's advert everyone can be on line in anywhere in the house at the same time. Quite frankly, I'm tired of all the bull from BT, and can't wait till my contract ends so I can change provider.
