I have had this issue and still do since May 2015. My issue is that every time I contact customer service who aren't very helpful all I get is, call us when it rains and the line drops. I call they test and then they send an engineer who ironically arrives on a day iys not raining and so states there are no faults in the line after doing tests in non rainy conditions. I seriously need to get this resolved. Any ideas?
I'm sorry you're having problems with the connection dropping. Do you have any noise on the line? Can you check that by connecting the phone to the test socket behind the master face plate and dial 17070 option 2. can you try that and let me know how you get on?
