Re: Poor Wireless signal with Home Hub 3

I had a security problem with my old Hub 3 which BT replaced but the replacement hub 3 simply has non existent wifi signal - it simply wont transmit more than 2 metres while the old hub 3 filled all the rooms in my house.  BT say there is nothing wrong.  I have also just re-contracted so said please give me a more powerful hub - BT refuse so the result is that I am now in a 12 month contract with BT and getting absolutely NO repeat NO wifi signal at all.

BT simply do not care and are offering no assistance at all.   Any advice as to how I can force the issue.

PS.  I have tried EVERY channel on the replacement hub but NONE work.

Re: Poor Wireless signal with Home Hub 3

Have you reset it to factory default?

If that fails, just report it as a faulty home hub 3, and request a replacement.

All the home hubs have the same wireless output power, just different internal aerial configurations.
