Myne same when device is disconnected is grayed out in bt hub manager causers slowdown lot of lagging i have to remove every device whats nt connected just to make it stable im paying 41 pounds a month for this **bleep** out there bussiness

I have moved you onto your own thread because the one you posted on was over three years old and may not be the same problem you have.

If you haven't already done it make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Homehub.

Some devices have a problem with the Homehub dual band having the same SSid (name). You should try splitting them.
