Real-Debrid Speed Very Slow

Last coupe of days I have seen my Real-Debrid speed, on Inifinity, drop to about 150Kbps.

 

Speedtest shows that I am still gettign about 80Mbps download spped, so its not the connection.

 

Is RD being throttled or is there someother issue?

 

Anyone else having problems?

The issue is at Debrids side.  Down to bad routing or overloaded servers.  Problem still going on Sept 2018
