Every time I sign on at home I get this message: Redirect to BT Wholesale Service Information Page ( 188.8.131.52/index.html ) and it wont let me connect to the internet. Please don't tell me to ring BT- I've been on twice today and both times they were unsuccessful in getting it to go away and told me it would go away in time- that was three hours ago- trying very hard to run a small business and finding it near impossible with all my broadband problems lately. Any help appreciated

if you are running a business is this a business line not residential you need to post here
If you are a business customer you need to post on the business forum https://business.forums.bt.com/ this is the residential forum.
If you are getting the landing page it means you are not authenticating as a BT customer. That authentication is different between business and residential services.
