Hi All,

Is anyone using the ReefBeat app (controls aquarium products via your phone) and having difficulties accessing the app when connected to BT wifi? The app works on mobile data and a VPN, but just not via BT wifi.  

My friends with different ISPs have no issues. 

I spoke to BT support. They got me to  factory reset my BT router. The issue remains, and was then told sorry you'll just have to use a VPN from now on. I was wondering if anyone else on here is having the same issue?

Try turning off parental controls and web protect.
