Repeated disconnection

Hiya! For the most part, the internet has been acceptable following a hiccup that an engineer fixed, however, a problem has been persisting for some time now. My computer (Specifically this one device), and the computer I had before the one I'm currently using will periodically disconnect, ranging from once every few minutes, to once every few hours, and I'll need to run network diagnostic in order to allow them to connect to the wifi again. This only happens on my BT network, when using a different ISP's connection, everything works fine. I have tried a myriad of different things to try resolve the problem, including disabling my VPN, checking the cables on the hub are correctly secured, restarting my computer, moving my device to different rooms, moving closer to the hub, restarting the hub, but nothing seems to work.
