I need to setup a MESH wifi in my house, and have settled on the (pricey) Asus ZenWifi AX, rather than BT's offering based on numerous reviews. I have BT fttp 300Mb/s.
Has anyone else done the same? If so, I have some questions:
- Should I continue to use the Smart Hub 2 with wifi disabled, and the first Asus wired to it?
- Or, is it better to dispense with the Hub and use the first Asus for wifi and DHCP router, and connect it instead to the modem?
- If I connect the Asus directly to the modem, do I need to configure it with a BT username and password, or any other configuration, for that matter?
