Replaceing BT business hub 2 wire

Hi all

This is my first post on the forum, so please bear with me.

We have a 2 Wire Buisness hub in the our office, it was ok at first but now it just cant handle the workload and needs to be upgraded but I am strugleing to find a replacement that can handle what we are asking it to do. It is currentley running 6 PC connections, 1 Terminal/file server, 2 PDQ machines, 1 CNC, 2 network printers, an internet TV and a load of wifi devices, so you can see why its dyeing on its feet.

The requirements are

Gigabit routing

Multiple incoming VPN connections (for at least 3 users)

Voip for the fax line (provided by BT)

I would also like to be able to moniter and adjust band with to PC's as some people in the building are constantley takeing up large bandwith using Iplayer and the like and this has to stop.

We have a BT infinity connection running at about 32Gb

we also have a Netgear Prosafe 16 port gigabit switch (rack mountable)

I know I'm looking at more than one device but Im a little out of my depth and need some advise, so any help would be gatfully apreciated.

Regards
