Replacement IP address still listed on Blacklist

I am a BT customer and I found out that my IP address was listed on two blacklists, so I reset my hub to gain a news address.

I've now checked the new IP address and it is still listed on one of the blacklist (Spamhaus Zen).

How can BT help directly with this? or do I need to repeat the process?

Re: Replacement IP address still listed on Blacklist

Hi @susanbarrie11 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that's not good. If you make note of the IP address and follow the process again you should be able to get another one allocated to you.

We can raise this with our email team who can request the blacklist is updated. I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details to the moderation team and we'll be happy to help.

Thanks

Neil

Re: Replacement IP address still listed on Blacklist

Thanks Neil - I've replied to your message. Is it common that two subsequent IP addresses would appear on the blacklists?

Thanks, @susanbarrie11

No, it's not something I've come across before.

Thanks

Re: Replacement IP address still listed on Blacklist

I have the same problem. Indeed the new address I have been allocated is on even more blacklists.

How is this to be fixed?
