Last night my phone disconnected from the wifi, I was unable to connect via the search on my phone(wifi) I had to scan the QR code from my wifes phone. This morning my wifes phone done the same as well as every other device in the house(ring door bell, tv's ect)
What is the issue and how to fix this? was there an update ? I cant seem to get in contact with BT
Hi @neilfisher1989 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry to see you're having problems with your wifi. Wifi works over a radio signal and this can be impacted by other wifi signals or electrical interference on the Wifi channel.
Firstly I would recommend turning your hub off and on as that can solve many minor issues with your broadband.
Press the Power button on the back of the hub, wait around 10 seconds, and turn it on again. After a few minutes, the hub lights should turn blue, which indicates your hub is working. Restarting your devices will also help you get the best connection.
