Yes the new Hub has arrived, I have installed it, but I ask you to bear with me until the early part of next week, as I have been away for a few days this week.
I have the return envelopes you have sent and I assure you that I will get back to you ASAP.

No significant difference, except that the time between the request to put in the Admin password appears to vary. As low as a 20-30 seconds up to a minute or two
However, the number of times this aspect will be needed, will be very low, and any changes appear to be saved. I personally cannot find any other fault or problem despite some other comments on the Forum about the Smart Hub, and unless you advise otherwise, I will parcel up the original Smart Hub and return it to you.
For the record, I have tried it on Samsung SmartPhone and Tablet, as well as my Sony Vaio (and my earlier Vaio which has been updated to Windows10)
Sorry for the delay in getting back. I tried calling this evening, sorry I missed you. If there's been no improvement it points to the problem not being with the hub as you've tried it on 2 of them. If you can send back the original it will be tested and if it picks up any issues we can feed that back to poduct support. Let me know how you're getting on.
