Just a thought following our call. Have you tried clearing all cookies and cache? If not can you try that and let me know if it helps?

Just a quick post to confirm our tech guys are still checking this for you. Did you try clearing cookies and cache? Did it help?

Thanks for taking my call this morning, nice chatting with you again. As discussed, a fix for this will be built for the next firmware update but I haven't been given a date for that yet. Thanks for feeding back on the issue. Post back if you have any other problems and we'll be happy to help.
