My 'Windows Internet Explorer provided by Yahoo' (i.e. BT) browser has suddenly started displaying in a larger font as if the screen resolution has changed (images are also affected). No other application on my laptop is affected. I've tried changing the laptop screen resolution to correct this, however not only does it not fix the browser, it also upsets all the other apps on the laptop - so I don't think the screen resolution is really the problem. I have now returned it to the recommended native resolution and everything looks fine again, except for the browser! Changing the font size via the browser options also makes no difference. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?!!
Solved! Go to Solution.
not sure if you have tried this but might be the problem have you checked the zoom level in the right hand corner of the window just above the system tray icons
If you are using Firefox or (Internet Explorer 😎 simply hit..
Ctrl and the + key (to increase font size)
Ctrl and - key (to decrease font size)
Sometimes by accident you can also do this combo...
ctrl + mouse wheel
Ive done it plenty times, most of the new browsers support it too.
