Setting up Loxone smart home remote access using Port Forwarding
We have a Loxone smart home system installed in our home. Internet is provided via a BT smart hub. In order for the Loxone system to be managed remotely we need to set up Port Forwarding. This has been done via the BT dashboard with the internal and external ports set to the same number as required by our Loxone installers. However it does not work, despite the settings being correct from the installers view. Any experience or suggestions?
