Ever since I’ve upgraded from the BT Smart hub 1 to Smart Hub 2 in the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing sign in issues when trying to play Xbox 360 games on the Series X console. I’ve narrowed it down to being a home network issue because these errors go away when using my mobile hotspot and return when connecting to my home network with a wired connection. Sometimes restarting the router will help resolve the issue but it will then come back again in a few days time. This only happens with 360 games and all other sign in options for XB1 and Series games work fine so there must be something on the router causing these issues for 360 specifically. Does anyone know if there are any settings on the router that I could change to prevent this problem from happening? I basically need to restart my smart hub every day or so to play again.
