Sky q keeps dropping network connection

Hi everyone

I have Sky q with two mini boxes. We have had bt infinity for at least a year and have had no problems at all. Over the last two weeks our main sky q box keeps dropping connection to the network at night. They are connected wirelessly through whole home. As a result the mini boxes also lose connection.  I have to re enter the password every morning which is so annoying. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do or what has gone wrong? Sky dont think it's their issue.

Hi @Wesley1  welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. Sorry your Sky Q keeps losing the connection. If you are still having this problem then you would be best to contact the product helpdesk. They can be contacted by phone: 0808 100 6116 (Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm and Sat 9.00am to 2.00pm)

@Wesley1 This might help: on all Q boxes go to Settings>Setup>Preferences and set Standby Mode to Active if they’re currently set to Eco. If already set to Active try the None option.
