Skyq minibox

I have just moved from Sky Broadband to BT Ultrafast and am now unable to get my Skyq minibox to connect to the new router. It is definitely not a hardware problem. I am not much of a techie, but have seen several discussions about splitting the SSID. Anyone else have this problem between mini boxes and BT routers?

have you turned of smart setup  

 

Turn Off smart setup

 

I would also change the 5ghz wireless channel to manual and select another channel apart from 36 which is used by SKYQ
