Smart Hub 2 Overheating

Hi, I have noticed my smarthub 2 is getting extremely warm, and has started to lose connection to my wifi discs, every other day I am having to reboot one of my discs so that it regains connection to the router. My sister has a smart hub 2 aswell and hers doesn't feel as hot as mine. Is there anyway I could be sent a replacement to see if that fixes my problem.

If the hub is in a well ventilated position and is still hot to touch then phone 150 and ask for replacement

Mine isn't hot but gets warm. I've only had it about 3 weeks as I was on copper and BT has changed everyone onto smart hubs.
