Had Smart Hub 2 installed a few weeks ago but cannot connect my Netatmo thermostat. Have had emails from Netatmo to try various things including disconnecting 5ghz and using 2.4. I am not technically savvy. The hub still cannot connect or recognise my Netatmo thermostat. My Netatmo has worked fine for years but this is now stressing me out. Any help would be appreciated.

I also have a Netatmo Thermostat.
I did manage to get mine connected but the connection was TERRIBLE and would frequently drop off my network. It was less than 15 feet from the SH2 too which baffled me.
In the end I bit the bullet and bought an ASUS router that let me split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels.
Since then my thermostat has had a full 3 bars of signal and is always connected.
