Smart Hub 2 manager settings

Go to solution

To view hub manager , I have to enter a number into browser but it shows warning that page is not secure. Is there a way to secure the hub manager info.

The hub manager doesn't support HTTPS, only HTTP and hence will show as 'insecure' . As it is only possible to connect to it within your LAN it is perfectly OK.

Thanks . That explains why my browser shows page as insecure. So if it is on local area network(LAN) this means no one else can view page and there is no need to change passwords? sorry but not too tech minded and appreciate your help.

Correct, it is nothing to worry about. The page cannot be accessed outside of your LAN. No need to change password.
