Engineer came to set up the broadband today afternoon but I still have not yet received the router from BT. Although the Smart Hub has not yet been received, the Royal mail website showed it has been “delivered" when I use the tracking number provided.
You need to phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and check the address that BT sent hub is correct address. You need to ask for replacement
