Thanks, I guess I'll go back to the 5 as it worked perfectly ok prior to the fault and I am familiar with it,so after I try the next suggestion below I'll do that if it's still necessary. Thanks for taking the time to help me out. I sure do appreciate it.

I'll give this a go before I think about replacing the hub as it is reliable other than this one issue. Thanks for including the screen shots, they'll be a big help to a non techie like me. Thanks for giving your time and expertise. It's very much appreciated.
